1. Introduction

These Terms and Conditions govern the use of the services provided by CANEDGE TECHNICAL SERVICES CORPORATION ("we," "us," or "our"). By engaging with our services, you ("Client" or "User") agree to comply with these terms. Please read them carefully.

2. Definitions

Services: Refers to the technical services, including but not limited to consulting, maintenance, and support, provided by CANEDGE TECHNICAL SERVICES CORPORATION.

Client: Any individual or organization that enters into an agreement with CANEDGE TECHNICAL SERVICES CORPORATION for the provision of services.

Agreement: The contract or service agreement signed by both CANEDGE TECHNICAL SERVICES CORPORATION and the Client outlining the scope, terms, and conditions of the services provided.

3. Service Agreement

3.1. Scope of Services

The specific services to be provided will be detailed in a separate service agreement, which will outline the scope, deliverables, timelines, and costs associated with the services.

3.2. Modifications

Any changes to the scope of services must be agreed upon in writing by both parties. Additional costs may apply for modifications outside the original agreement.

4. Payment Terms

4.1. Fees

The Client agrees to pay the fees specified in the service agreement. All fees are due as outlined in the agreement, typically within 30 days of invoice issuance.

4.2. Late Payments

Late payments will incur a penalty of 1.5% per month on the outstanding balance or the highest amount permitted by law, whichever is lower.

4.3. Refund Policy

Refunds are only provided under specific conditions as outlined in the service agreement. Generally, services rendered are non-refundable.

13. Entire Agreement

These Terms and Conditions, along with the service agreement, constitute the entire agreement between the Client and CANEDGE TECHNICAL SERVICES CORPORATION and supersede all prior agreements, understandings, or representations, whether written or oral.
